My latest move has been a two-day photo shoot with the one and only BBPics.Com, and it has resulted in the most satisfying way possible. Every angle is covered by BBPics, from the professionalism, to the amazing quality of the photos. Immediately after speaking with John of BBPics, my excitement and hope for the modeling world became re-ignited. I was too used to the false promises, and redundancy of the more notorious names in the game that I had began to develop some resentment towards the fitness-modeling world. This quickly changed with my first conversation with John. He did not waste time trying to butter me up with over exaggerated praise in an attempt to make money off of me, but instead brought friendly realism and honesty to the table. He most importantly presented a sincere passion for the Modeling life style, and showed me how I could expand in this world, as opposed to simply telling me how much of a commodity I could become, and how much I needed him to get there, etc. He was real.
I spent the weekend with John, and left extremely pleased in every way possible. The photos he took blew me away. He was the first photographer to completely capture the image that I saw when I looked in the mirror! So many times, the photos I see after a shoot will generate good attention, but will not satisfy me completely. BBPics is the definition of professional photography. As a hard-critic of myself, and any photos taken of me, I can honestly say I have NEVER seen better photography.
BBPics is also one of the most professional names out there. There is not a hint of dishonesty, perversion, or any sort of inappropriate content. BBPics is completely clean, and captures the true aspect of modeling from all angles. My fitness shots came out just as amazing as my fashion shots did. Color, black and white, BBPics makes it work outstandingly. Through out the whole entire shoot, I felt 100% comfortable, and left with not the slightest feeling of regret, which is very important given the content that is out there. I cannot stress how pleased I am with the work of BBPics. In this case, the photographer is just as great as the photos, and BBPics presents one of the widest ranges of opportunity. I loved my first shoot with BBPics, and look forward to the many more we have planned.

It was a great pleasure to work with John. He is an awesome photographer and he really knows how to shoot people to make them look at their absolute best. This is something that very few photographers can do. In addition John is able to look at your physique and know exactly what is required to bring you to the next level. Whether you need to devote more time to your upper pecs, rear delts, or calves John will tell you right away. Lastly the photo shoots with John are an incredible experience and there is a ton of value in them. This includes the unbelievable pictures you receive, the friends you make, and the unforgettable day of shooting. Oh and one more thing John is also a really great friend and he is always there to talk to you if you need it. Thanks a lot John appreciate everything.

A couple of months later I was in a different gym than my home gym in Livingston and ran into someone that started asking question. After my workout we started talking about fitness modeling. The guy told me about a man named John of BBpics.com who flies all over the U.S for photo shoots. I asked how to contact him. I was giving a number to call and I started talking with John directly. Not some answering machine that never calls back.
John personally talked me through the whole experience. He is very one-on-one with his clients. So John and I set up a time for him to fly in and meet me. I picked him up from the airport and started talking about destinations to shoot at. Then next day we were all over the place shooting different styles and outfits, trying to find what worked with me the best. John made it very easy and comfortable to work with. Then next day we met with Tammy Renee’ and Amy Piro. Tammy is the President and CEO of World Physique magazine. She and John have been working together for 6 years. And Amy was the marketing Manager for Tammy’s Magazine.

I just got done doing my first fitness style photo shoot with John from BBpics.com, and it was a great experience. John is a fantastic photographer and acts really professional. He knows everything about getting good pictures in the outdoor lighting to make your muscles and definition really pop out. Along with being a great photographer he is also very hospitable, I flew into Connecticut to work with him and he picked me up from the airport and let me stay at his house. Also he cooked for me and he makes some really mean grilled chicken! Beats Popeye’s or KFC any day. He also drove me around to all the spots that he knows around his area and we worked together for two hard days of shooting, and we got lots of good pictures. Also, he gives you a copy of your pictures on a CD and he does short videos as well. I really enjoyed my experience working with John, and he made traveling across the country to work with a photographer totally worth it, I definitely plan on working with him in the near future for more photo shoots and I recommend him to anyone who is trying to get into fitness modeling.

Photoshoot Experiences:
Staying on top of my diet, taking my training to the next level, and putting my focus on my goal all lead to another wonderful and rewarding experience in front of John’s camera. This time we took the work to Baton Rouge, my home town in Louisiana. Taking John’s talent and camera to the mouth of the Mississippi River and shooting on some of the greater land marks and using some of the southern regions most beautiful landscapes, along with the best of the hardest working models here in the South created a memorable and wonderful photo shoot that no doubt leaves others in an aw viewing our finished work. Simply our hard work and dedication to building our bodies all paid off with publications and exposure to some of the finest websites and magazines for promoting greatness around the country. John’s amazing talent behind that camera sure shows through with this last shoot. His work will for surely shock you again. Being on season, Bigger not better will no doubt get you to your highest goals; it has worked for me and will work for you when you work for John! Thank you for all you have done John Mitchell. What a wonderful friend and great guy. I look forward to shooting with BBPics once again.
Different body, Different environment, Different group of guys, and same amazing talent from John. This time the motivation was up a notch. I find myself in front of the camera for a third time. It’s a whole new animal. The hard work, clean dieting, and healthy lifestyle, along with dedication to the gym has put me in another wonderful situation with all new opportunities to capture images that capture people’s eyes with the work of John. This time we hit the bayou in Fontainebleau Louisiana. There’s nothing more beautiful than a Southern Sunset. The models all had come to shoot with the hard work for phenomenal bodies and dedication to this business. Shooting in an environment like this one, with a background every photographer would love to work with has really set the work and talent of John Mitchell above all others. The images we now have in our portfolios are all wonder works of art that we really appreciate and I am sure most will too. Thank you once again John, You are always a wonderful friend and amazing photographer.

I had thought about becoming a fitness model but did not know where to begin. I was at the Arnold Classic when John first introduced himself to me. I was not sure if he was for real but, I was willing to take a chance. I stayed in touch with John for several months before I decided to make the trip out. I am very glad I did. John was absolutely great to work with. He was very professional, laid back, calm and cool the whole time. He was experienced and made me feel right at home. It was my first photo shoot and I was not sure what to expect. John was very easy to work with and made the whole experience that much better. John and I had some great conversations and a lot of laughs. Not only is he good at getting the right shot, he is a motivator. I will always strive to be in better shape. John was very good helping me to feel prepared and adequate. I know I did well but, I know I can get even better. With the right attitude, coaching and determination success is inevitable. I have been involved in the fitness world for over 22 years and I have worked with a lot of photographers. John Mitchell is one of the best, if not the greatest photographer, I have ever worked with. He has a God given talent like no other to really take the very best professional fitness and muscle model photographs. I started to do interviews with different fitness magazines & websites. Throughout that time I got to meet the GREAT John of bbpics.com, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was just hoping for the best. We scheduled my first photo shoot and the professionalism from him left me speechless. We captured some great shots and people loved it, weeks after I was published on the “Summer Issue” of World Physique, as one of the photos from the shoot with John was used in the issue.
John is an amazing photographer and person, he will make it fun and make you feel comfortable throughout the shoot, keep in mind that I have worked with John four times already and we will continue to work together. John has an open minded personality that will do anything to get that “Money Shot” even when the sun is about set, making sure that everything is going right. We have been best of friends since the first time we met; it is truly a pleasure to work with such a great photographer and person, who is currently involved on promoting me, getting me reorganizations and most of all get exposure in the industry. His photography speaks by itself and the best I’ve seen. I recommend anyone that is looking to get some great shots and exposure in the industry.

I recently had the opportunity to work with photographer, John of bbpics.com. I have stayed in contact with him throughout the years with fitness talk and photo-shoots. John is great photographer with a lot of creativity and he is fun to work with. I felt comfortable working with John and he is easy to communicate and share ideas with. He also gave me some great advice for fitness modeling, and takes his time to share his work with others and explain his expertise. On the last shoot we spent most of the day shooting at three different locations. It was a lot of fun work, modeling and changing locations. John rarely stopped on any breaks and also skipped lunch so he could take the best pictures possible according to the weather/sunlight. We changed locations, according to the lighting, for the highest quality shots and at the end of the day we had some amazing photography! I was very pleased to work with a serious photographer that puts time into his shoots and is passionate about his work. I learned a lot from my experience and always look forward to working with him in the near future.

Working with John of bbpics.com was great! I have been in front of the camera for over 20 years and have worked with hundreds of photographers, and I can tell you that John really knows his stuff! I have shot with John numerous times now for many projects! His choices of locations for his shots are outstanding! There is everything from grassy fields, to lakes with waterfalls! Absolutely “Gods land”! John has become a very close friend ours and comes to my home in New York to spend time with us during shoots. Throughout the years we have taken photos together that have been truly inspirational. It’s such a great opportunity to shoot with John. I just recently discovered the modeling world, or should I say a fellow model, “Alex Crappell,” discovered me, who in turn pointed me in the direction of BBPics and the owner John. John is a very vivacious guy who is willing to stand toe to toe until the sunsets to get what I call “the money shot.” John is extremely fun to work with as well. John does mean all business; however, even he likes to have a few laughs on each shoot himself. He is sure to have a relaxed set. When models have individual problems, John is involved to an extent to help resolve your demise, on the other hand, also careful to give each model his\her space. John has a very open personality. He is extremely easy to talk to\with. After a weekend of working with John and many phone conversations, I feel as if he is there for me and my future in this industry. I have a blast hanging out with John and will look forward to each time I get that opportunity. These are the things that make John of BBPics such a pleasure to work with.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank someone who is currently involved with promoting me and also getting me recognition and exposure. This man goes by the name John (www.bbpics.com,bbpics@aol.com). He is a wonderful photographer from the “Yankee North”. I met him by crossing paths with one of his fellow models in southern Louisiana. John gave me the opportunity to work with him and we have been the best of friends every since. John is such a pleasure to work with. Making sure I am comfortable on his sets is his primary goal. John is an experienced photographer and he knows what can happen if a model is not comfortable. The whole shoot can get chaotic if as little as one person has a mood swing. John has exceeded my expectations, especially as a promoter. In as little as a few days after my shoot, he had already followed through with marketing me to several people. John and I communicate often and I literally can’t keep up with him sometimes because he is so rapidly putting me out to the public. His photography is some of the best I have seen and he seems to capture the best in everyone he shoots, therefore, I highly recommend anyone who has the opportunity to work with him, to jump on board. I am a rookie in the modeling industry, but I know this is where I want to be. I feel very comfortable, almost as if I am at home, in front of the camera. Maybe it’s because I am a natural or maybe because I love to show off my body and my looks! Either way I see myself evolving in the fitness modeling industry, striving for the top, always looking to take the next step and better myself and advancing my career.

John (BBPICS) is a very high quality photographer that takes his job serious and is very patient with who he works with. He has taught me a lot how to pose in front of the camera and become more comfortable. He brings a new style to photography with not just boring studio shots to update a portfolio or whatever it’s for; he makes them interesting and catchy. He is a very nice guy ever since I met him. With the help of John here at BBpics I know my chances of success are now increased. From our very first phone conversation I could tell John were a great guy, one to be respected and one who knew what he was talking about. Upon meeting him for my very first shoot, we both hit it off. He was impressed with my knowledge of my own body and how I could control it, and I was dually impressed with his knowledge on how to get the right shots, with the right looks, and those little tricks I consider special from a great professional. Anyone who is weary of working with the man should set their fears aside and rest assured that he will have your best interests in mind. He truly is professional and a great person, aside from eating in front of me as I’m standing there starving from days and days of dieting. I am definitely looking forward to progressing and moving forward with John and pursuing all career opportunities that come my way. After completing my second shoot with John here at BBpics I must say I was even more impressed the second time than the first. This time around I decided to skip the hotel and take John up on his offer of hospitality. I was not let down! John showed great hospitality while allowing me in his home, and if it was not for his refrigerated water I might not have made it home, haha. John was a great sport and helped make my second shoot a memorable one. He put up with my constant joking, as always, and was always professional while at the same time having a good time with my personality. He toughed it out with me in the 102 degree heat for eight hours straight and the only time he made me mad was eating that delicious looking food in front of me before we shot. The shots turned out great, and now I have even more credentials to add to my port folio. John has been a true friend, and professional individual and I appreciate all the time he has put into helping me get where I am going.

I recently had one of my better experiences I’ve had in my fitness career spending a weekend working with photographer John of BBpics.com. He did an excellent job communicating before, during and after the shoot. I always work very hard preparing for a shoot and it was great to work with someone who works equally as hard making sure we got the best images possible. He also worked very hard to make sure we got everything I wanted for my own personal portfolio as well. Even on our down time he was on his laptop working on my shots and uploading the videos so I could see them right away. John is a very professional and talented guy and I would definitely like to work with him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone just trying to break into the business or looking to add to their portfolio.

To my surprise God gave me a great graduation gift which was the pleasure to meet John and work with him doing a Fitness photo shoot. Our shoot took placed in Palm city where I meet up with John and other fitness models in the industry like Joe Delio, CJ Benett and Jeff “iceman”.
The experience over the weekend with these people was one of those that I would never forget just for the matter that working with John had made me grow as a model and as a person because he is the type of photographer who will allow you to be creative and to be you the most important part, he also would take in consideration each and every one of your ideas to the point that you will get to do what you want and at the same time he would be pleased as the mind behind the camera. John had show me the new aspect of fresh photography and different scenarios because he would take you to a different place where sometimes you would said oh no its nothing to get out of here but trust me on this one John will show u a new version of being creative and fresh and will give you the best shoot in the most unexpected places, so now all I just want to give you and advice If you are looking for a great photographer I will suggest to booked John and be ready to meet one of the greatest in the art of photography and also a cool guy.

Yesterday for the first time a photographer that I linked up through with through another source captured my look his name is John from BBpics.com. What I like about this guy is he takes his job very seriously when he shoots his camera and makes you feel very comfortable. He captures my look in every way you can imagine for a muscular body. He’s on time when sending you your pictures when the shoot is over. I love shooting with this guy and I think anyone who shoots with him would to. He challenges you when in front of the camera always coming up with new ideas to make the human body stand out. My last shoot with John it was an all-day event and my God holding those dumb bells while posing on camera was a challenge. We started at around 10:00 AM and ended at 6:00 PM. Thank you John for pushing me harder than I ever posed on camera. More about me as a model, Drive and dedication is what you need to become a fitness and underwear print model. This is just the beginning; my look will get better and better and more cut and chiseled as time goes by. People will see my face around and I will be dedicated to be able to be on any type of magazine cover there is.

I had done a few photo shoots but didn’t find them to be helpful in my search for the next level. John contacted me via Youtube.com. He said I had potential and wanted to work with me. Let me just tell you, I was very surprised when I realized how professional John was and how he really seemed to care about my success. Based on this alone, it made me extremely comfortable and exuded a positive vibe in which I had not experienced yet. We swapped contact info, email, cell numbers, and facebook profiles. Unlike other photographers who were brief in conversation before an upcoming shoot; John called me introducing himself and really wanted to find out who I was in all aspects of what made me, me. We immediately made a connection and felt as if I were talking to a friend or mentor, and not a business partner. John provided me a lot of valuable information about what to look for in modeling opportunities, molding my body and what kind of work he does. I had about a month to prepare and we spoke either on the phone or through email at least twice a week.
The motivation and inspiration that I received from John was truly amazing and inspirational. This really helped me to prepare for the upcoming shoot with him. The day of the shoot I felt so comfortable with John and learned so much more than I ever thought I could from a photographer. Usually about halfway through a shoot, I start to lose focus whether it is because I am totally depleted of “carbs” or because I lose mental focus. John kept me totally involved with his awe inspiring words and the ability to capture amazing poses with the scenery he picked out. To anyone who’s reading this: please understand that you will rarely find this in a photographer. Without John, I would probably still be stuck in a rut trying to get my name out there. Now I have an even better portfolio, connections with great agents, magazines, etc. Also there is no doubt in my mind that only great things can come from this experience. I want to thank John again for his hard work and drive to make guys like me a potential booming model. And when he says “ITS ON SEASON ALL SEASON” he literally means that; in the gym all the time, pushing yourself to the limit and being relentless will get you everywhere and anywhere in life!!
